Regulatory Research Corporation has designed numerous statistical sampling programs for litigation purposes in the MBS (mortgage backed securities) sector.
Our work has included construction of unbiased samples from multi-hundred-thousand loan populations and testing of samples for representativeness. We have presented testimony on this work in Federal court.
We have also designed statistical sampling studies for insurance departments in connection with market conduct examinations.
