Professional Staff
Dr. Nelson R. Lipshutz, President of Regulatory Research Corporation, holds a B.A. (1962) from the University of Pennsylvania; S.M. (1963) and Ph.D. (1967) from the University of Chicago in theoretical high energy physics; and an M.B.A. (1972) from the Wharton School in finance.
Dr. Lipshutz is a member of the American Physical Society, INFORMS, the New York Academy of Sciences, the National Association of Forensic Economics, and an Associate Member of the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section). He is the author of The Regulatory Economics of Title Insurance (Praeger Press, 1994).

Sallee H. Lipshutz, Executive Vice President of RRC, holds a B.A. (1964) from Bryn Mawr College and carried out graduate studies at the School of Public Health of the University of North Carolina.
Ms. Lipshutz is responsible for data acquisition and corporate management.
